Terms & Conditions

1. General Terms

• These Terms govern all equipment rental transactions through CrewRent Enterprises.
• By booking equipment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

2. Rentals & Payments

• Rental charges must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• A refundable security deposit may apply depending on the equipment rented.
• Payments are accepted via bank transfer, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Equipment Usage

• Equipment must be used carefully, professionally, and only for lawful purposes.
• You are fully responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of rented equipment during the rental period.
• Equipment should not be sub-rented or lent to third parties without written permission.
• Proper care and maintenance during use are the renter's responsibility.

4. Delivery & Return

• Delivery will be made to the agreed address at the scheduled time.
• Equipment must be returned on or before the due date in the same condition as received.
• Late returns may attract additional daily rental charges as per our pricing policy.
• Pickup and delivery charges may apply based on location and distance.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the booking date may be eligible for a refund (minus processing and service charges).
• Cancellations made within 24-48 hours may receive a partial refund at our discretion.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.
• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Liability & Insurance

• CrewRent Enterprises is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of rented equipment.
• Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the specific transaction.
• Renters are encouraged to obtain appropriate insurance coverage for high-value equipment.
• Any damage must be reported immediately to avoid additional charges.

7. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• The latest version of these Terms will always be available on our website.
